MY JOURNEY (SO FAR)
Life is hard. Well at least it can be. There is much to learn and much to consider. As a teen and young adult, I was overwhelmed and didn't know who to turn to for good advice. Luckily, I met a personal coach in college and was able to get my act together. Unfortunately, it wasn't before I made some messes. Fortunately, those messes were prime learning experiences and the fertilizer for a wiser self.
In my work on myself through the expert guidance of my coach and many counselors and teachers along the way, I have come to realize that offering this support to others is a calling for me.
To be an asset to my clients, I have studied hard and continue to study the cutting edge techniques to find the gold in our pain and make sense of our unique psychology.
I have been fortunate to offer my insight in a variety of roles through the years: camp counselor for kids with disabilities, basketball coach at an elite program, personal fitness trainer, youth mentor, family therapist, group leader, school counselor, adjunct professor of psychology at Naropa, psychotherapist and life coach in private practice, and educational public speaker.
In my personal life, I am a family man. The universe has blessed me with a terrific partner and two little lovable teachers (aka my children). I stay balanced with hobbies in sport, fitness, music, cinema, and the occasional video game.
